Priyanka Chopra trolled for visiting Rohingya camp in Bangladesh, online users ask, ‘if she’s been to Indian camps’

Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra is a good will ambassador of UNICEF, and she can be seen doing philanthropic work. And recently the actress visited Kutupalong and Balukhali refugee camps in Cox’s Bazar and she posted the picture of her visit on her Instagram account, however her picture got lakhs of likes on social media but some of her haters started trolling her.

Social media users are calling it a ‘publicity stunt’, some of them slammed Priyanka for helping Muslims and asked her if she ever visited the refugee camps in India. “Kashmiri Pandits are also there in your own country. Have you ever visited their camps?” read one comment.

Talking about the picture Priyanka Chopra is dressed in UNICEF white t-shirt with scarf around her neck and interacting with children, she is even sipping from a bright pink kid’s toy cup. Priyanka captioned the post: “It doesn’t matter where a child is from or what his or her circumstances are. No child deserves a life without hope for the future. The world needs to care. We need to care. Please lend your support.”

The 35-year-old actress has been UNICEF ambassador for child rights since ten years, she had visited Jordan last year to meet Syrian refugees. Talking about her work the actress will be seen in Bollywood movie Bharat along with Salman Khan.
