Change or there will be changes: PM Modi to BJP MPs

NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has rapped Members of Parliament on the issue of attendance in the House and asked them to 'change themselves'.

PM Modi chided them, "Even children don't like being told so many times. Change yourself or there will be changes."

The Prime Minister made the remarks at the BJP parliamentary party meeting at the Ambedkar International Centre in New Delhi.

He had some golden tips for the MPs, "Do Surya Namaskar and be regular. It will keep everyone healthy."

The poor attendance of the BJP MPs has been commented upon by the PM earlier, too.

Sharing the details of the meeting, which was for the first time held outside the Parliament complex, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi said the prime minister also told party MPs that all of them should organise sports competitions in their respective constituencies.
