'It's nothing but TOTAL CHAOS': Sanjay Raut demands special session of Parliament to discuss Covid situation

Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut demanded that considering the present alarming situation, a two-day Parliament session needs to be convened.

On the other hand, state BJP chief Chandrakant Patil demanded that a special session of the state the legislature should be called in the view of galloping Covid-19 cases in Maharashtra.

Raut said, “It’s an unprecedented and almost a war-like situation. Utmost confusion and tension everywhere. No beds, no oxygen and no vaccination as well. It's nothing but total chaos. A special session of parliament for at least two days should be called to discuss the situation,’’ said Raut.

To substantiate his argument, Raut said he has been in discussions with a number of leaders over the present coronavirus pandemic across the country. He further noted that these leaders have admitted that the situation in their respective states was quite serious and out of control. “Only pyres are burning everywhere. There is no space left in cemeteries. It's nothing but total chaos,” he added
