The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has come up with 12 large residential cum commercial purpose plots at Kharghar, Kalamboli and New Panvel in Navi Mumbai. These plots range from 1,902.43 sq. m. to 8143.3 sq. m.
The plots will be allotted through e-tendering and e-auction process. The bidder registration will start from 15th June 2021. The e-tender process will be conducted from 15th June 2021 to 06th July 2021. Accordingly, the e-auction will be conducted on 8th July 2021.
“This scheme will prove beneficial for the revival of the hampered real estate sector due to pandemic and prolonged lockdown. Further, magnificent residential and commercial constructions on large plots will add up to the development of the city," Dr. Sanjay Mukherjee, vice chairman and managing director of CIDCO.
For the last few months, CIDCO has been consistently providing plots of residential, commercial, social and cultural purposes for sale. In the beginning of the year, CIDCO had come up with plots in Ulwe, Ghansoli and Sanpada that fetched good prices. Even a 4000 sq. m. plot in Ulwe attracted a record price.
He added that the scheme will fulfill dreams of many people to own a rightful house in the city equipped with modern infrastructural, social and commercial
Navi Mumbai has gained smooth connectivity due to its suburban railways, highways and network of internal roads. Soon the city will be connected to the world, with the development of Navi Mumbai International Airport. Moreover, the public transportation system will become more capable with the development of Navi Mumbai Metro. The commercial sector of the city will soar high with the development of the proposed International Corporate Park.
