Amid the coronavirus pandemic, the world is all set to celebrate Christmas, albeit with restricted entry to churches, live streaming of services, and no midnight Mass.

On Wednesday, very few people were seen at religious places as the coronavirus pandemic and a strict lockdown dampened Christmas Eve celebrations. Across the world, the festive family gatherings and packed prayers that typically mark the holiday were scaled back or cancelled altogether.
