Shab-e-Baraat — Night of Fortune and Forgiveness— was observed with religious zeal and fervour across Jammu and Kashmir on Monday night even as the night-long prayers at major shrines including Hazratbal Dargah were suspended in wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
